Sempa allegedly confessed to orchestrating the crime after his capture. He revealed that Lule had escaped on a boda-boda, prompting the police to spring into action. Boda-boda riders helped intercept the motorcycle, leading to Lule’s arrest.

Police later uncovered the brutal details of the crime. Tayombere’s body was found with severe mutilations, including deep cuts to his abdomen, exposed intestines, and severed hands. Authorities collected vital evidence from the scene, which they are now analyzing.
Both suspects are currently in custody. Sempa is receiving medical treatment under police guard, while Lule awaits formal charges. Investigators continue to compile evidence, which will allow them to file charges. Murder charges are expected once the investigation is complete.
