Buganda Clan Head Shot Dead

Buganda Clan Head, Daniel Bbosa, was fatally shot and killed by two assailants in an attack that occurred in Lungujja, Lubaga Division, Kampala. The incident took place on Sunday evening as Bbosa was entering his home. The assailants, riding on a motorcycle, opened fire on Bbosa’s Toyota Land Cruiser, resulting in his immediate death.

In response to the attack, an angry mob chased down the assailants, surrounded them, and lynched them in the ensuing scuffle. One assailant died at the scene, while the other is reported to be in critical condition. The recovered firearm and motorcycle used in the attack are now in police possession.

The motive behind the killing is not yet known, and investigations are underway to apprehend any additional assailants involved in the incident. The police are actively working on the case to determine the circumstances surrounding the attack on Daniel Bbosa, who was not only the Ndiga clan head but also the director of Transa Electrical.

The incident highlights the severity of the situation, leading to mob justice in response to the violent attack. Law enforcement is expected to provide further updates as the investigation progresses.
