Fatal: One dead in Katikamu accident.

One person has died while three others are currently nursing injuries following an accident in Katikamu sub county Luwero district.

The report at Wobulenzi Police Station indicated that the fatal accident involved a motor vehicle Reg No.UBF 391E Landcruiser ambulance of Kiwoko hospital and a motor cycle Reg No.UEA 516K Bajaj Boxer.

The ambulance was being driven by Adimalo Moses while the boda boda was ridden by Twalibu Ssenyondo.

Ssenyondo who was carrying two unidentified female juveniles died on spot.

The two victims (passengers) on the motorcycle and one female passenger in an ambulance were rushed to Njovu medical centre.

The incident occurred at Katikamu trading centre along Kampala-Gulu highway.

The scene was visited by police and the ambulance is currently parked at Wobulenzi police station pending inspection.
