Kampala, Uganda – After an arduous eight-year legal battle between Ugandan tycoon Hamis Kiggundu and the Diamond Trust Bank Group, both parties have reached a resolution, closing all ongoing court cases.

The extensive financial dispute, which had been a protracted affair in the legal corridors, finally found its conclusion in a closed meeting between Hamis Kiggundu, the CEO of Ham Group of Companies, and Nasim Devji, the CEO of Diamond Trust Bank Group.
