Urgent Search for Missing Boda Boda Rider: Family Offers Large Reward for Information on Amos Jovan’s Disappearance

Date:

The family of 26-year-old Kituuka Amos Jovan, a Kampala based boda boda rider and a resident of Kitegomba, Wakiso District, is urgently seeking help after he went missing six days ago. Amos was last in contact on September 4, 2023, when he told James a family member that he was planning to travel to Kayunga and check on other relatives. However, he never reached his planned destination, and his phone has been off since.

In a desperate search, the family has offered a substantial reward to anyone who can provide information leading to Amos’ whereabouts.

Amos’ sudden disappearance has caused great distress among his loved ones, who are now calling on anyone who may have seen him to assist in locating him. Described as reliable and hard-working, Amos has never gone missing before, heightening concerns for his safety.

“We’re pleading for help. Amos always checks in with us, so six days without any communication is terrifying,” said a family member.

Amos was last seen in his usual work attire, leaving for Kayunga, but he never arrived. The family has since searched the area extensively, to no avail.

If anyone has seen Amos or has information about his whereabouts, please report to the nearest police station or contact 0700985843. The family is offering a reward for any details that lead to his safe return.

“We just want him home safe,” the family pleads. This appeal is being issued with a sense of urgency, as every day without news deepens their fears for his well-being.
